This is my first blog, and therefore I feel I should say a little about myself.
I'm 25 years old and live in Southsea with my partner Ed (also known as Matt). I am awaiting my course materials for my next Open University course - Creative Writing. I work in admin at the University. My hobbies include most things creative - knitting, embroidery, photography, artistic things! I would love to try quilting at some point in the future - but so far all I have managed is to buy a big bumper book on the subject and dream of buying all the materials involved in which to start.
I'm not quite sure what form this blog is going to take yet - and as I still don't have my course materials, I'm not sure what the course will expect of me - but I have been told that keeping a diary of writing is one of the ways of keeping yourself up to speed. So hopefully from this blog you will expect to see short pieces of writing, photography, and pictures of anything else creative that I have started.

I am currently studying Creative Writing with the Open University and I have started this blogspot as a way to make sure that I keep writing everything down throughout the year. Alongwith the writing, I also hope to post the photographs that I have taken, and the other creative endeavours that I am doing at any particular time.
